Moonlight View
That's Doriot checking out the moonlight opn the Atlantic in front of the house..Big fireworks coming to Lynn on the 3rd of July....We have the premium viewing artea from the front porch....Doriot hates fireworks though so he'll be medicated. Even the days before and after the 4th of July when everybody is shooting off there own personal fireworks, Dori just doesn't like explosions...

It started when he wore the CAPE !!

First He wore the cape...
Then the Celtics Won the NBA Championship Title
There was a parade...
.... Ever since they have both...
... had their head in the clouds!!

Game Day
We walked up Landsdowne Street
I looked up and snapped a picture of this Light pole above the Green Monster
John Lester Pitched
Manny Ramirez, bottom of the 8th Inning Hit the ball out of the park and hit that Light Pole Above..It was a 2 run shot that broke the 4-4 tie and the Red Sox went on to win!!
Hope they can get back to those winning ways..They have dropped 5 in a row since then!

From Flickr and The Library Of Congress (COKE)
These pictures were released by the Library of Congress to share with the public and to better catalog the 1000's of pictures they have archived there. This "test" run is presented on Flickr in two sets One from the early 1900's in black and white and another from the 1930' and 40's in color. I found them fascinating and I am sure if you haven't had a chance you will to. I've picked some photo's from the 30's and 40's which were tagged with Coke or Coca cola....check them out and be sure to look over the entire 3000 pics at Flickr

Can't get enough of the Sketch Site
I used the Ultimate Flash Face site, my Microsoft Paint program and came up with the picture above.I used 4 separate sketches to make this one and I'm not done yet, I'll be playing around with colors too...I got the original picture by using Screen Capture..
As I said in my last post, go there and try it. If you post something or just have fun with it, leave me a comment so I can come visit your site

Cool Sketch Site
The Ultimate Flash Face vo.42b is a great place to waste some time and try doing a sketch of yourself or the idiot who cut you off in traffic today...I guess it's kind of like doing a police sketch.
This is what I came up with...
You have a bunch of facial feature options and I used the screen capture to get my picture.
It looked more like this before I cropped it:
Give it a try it's fun...Ultimate Flash Face

Located on the highest hill of St. George's Island, Bermuda, providing defense for the town and harbor. It was also the site of a major signaling station since 1612. It was rebuilt and rearmed a number of times, the last being in the 1870s. Two of the Rifled Muzzle Loader guns of the period survive in place.
